Rules of the Institute

Timely Arrival: Students are required to reach the campus on time. Once classes begin, all entrances and exits will be closed, and students will not be allowed to leave the premises unless there is an urgent and genuine reason.

Leave Application: If a student is absent on any particular day, they must submit a written leave application signed by their guardian. This will be required for record-keeping and approval.

Absence for Extended Period: Any student who is absent for 15 consecutive days without prior leave approval will be struck off the institute rolls.

Prohibition of Valuable Items: Students are advised not to bring valuable or precious items to the institute. The institute will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

Care of Institute Property: Students must handle all institute property with care. Any damage caused to the property will result in strict disciplinary action.

Dismissal Policy: The institute reserves the right to dismiss any student whose academic progress is consistently unsatisfactory or whose behavior negatively impacts others.

Complaints Procedure: Any complaints regarding a teacher should be brought directly to the attention of the concerned authority, following proper procedures.

Responsibility for Personal Items: The institute will not be responsible for the loss of any personal items, including ornaments or costly possessions.

Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 80% attendance in class is mandatory for students to remain eligible for examinations and promotion at the end of the academic year.
