1. Fee Structure
Admission Fee:
A one-time fee collected at the time of admission. This fee covers administrative costs and registration.Course Fee:

Lab/Workshop Fee for industry-standard equipment usage
Library Fee for access to learning materials

Uniform Fee:
Students are required to wear prescribed uniforms while attending classes and practical sessions. A uniform fee is collected at the time of admission.Hostel Fee (if applicable):
For students who opt for hostel accommodation, separate hostel charges will apply. The hostel fee includes room rent, meals, and utilities.
2. Payment Schedule
Fees are to be paid annually or semester-wise, as per the course structure.
Payment can be made through cash, bank transfer, or online payment gateways.
Late fee charges will apply if fees are not paid by the due date.
3. Refund Policy
In case of withdrawal before the commencement of the course, a partial refund may be provided after deducting the administrative charges.
No refund will be made once the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval.
4. Regulations and Code of Conduct
To ensure a smooth and respectful learning environment, the following regulations must be followed:
Attendance:
A minimum of 80% attendance is required for students to be eligible for examinations and certification.Discipline:
Students must adhere to the code of conduct, which includes maintaining decorum, punctuality, and discipline within the campus. Any misconduct may result in disciplinary action.Examination and Certification:
Examinations are conducted at the end of each semester or year. NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) certification will be awarded to students who successfully complete the course.Health and Safety:
Students must comply with all safety guidelines during practical training sessions. Use of protective gear such as gloves, helmets, and goggles is mandatory.Mobile Phones:
Mobile phones are permitted on campus but must be kept on silent mode during classes and practical sessions. Personal phone use during academic time is discouraged.Leave Policy:
Leave applications must be submitted in advance for medical or personal reasons. Unauthorized absence may lead to disciplinary action.
5. Scholarships and Financial Aid
